Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, please go to your account settings or contact our support team.
2. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier, and you will lose access to premium features.
We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Auto-Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew. You authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.
4. Deleting Your Account
You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Unlike cancellation, deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, interview history, and analytics will be permanently removed.
